Hope for Singles

All single-again people know the brutality of sin. Some know too well how harsh the sin called “hardness of heart” is. This was the sin, according to Jesus, that led to divorce (Matthew 19:8). The widowed single also knows too well how harsh the penalty of sin is. That penalty was death and that death initiated them into the single-again life. Most single-again people do not have to be convinced that “all have sinned.” They know it. They’ve experienced it. The good news is that “where sin increased, grace increased all the more” (Romans 5:20). There is hope for the single-again person. That hope comes from the fact that God wants to redeem you and He wants to bless you too."

"God is in the business of blessing His people. He not only wants to redeem you. He wants to bless you too. He wants to bless your home, your character, and your future."
